Returns
If your order is a PREORDER item, all sales are final and I can not refund your purchase. All funds collected in preorders are used to put the item into production, once the items are officially in production there is no way for me to return your money.

If your order is non preorder specific, please email me at serendipityparade.13@gmail.com and we can discuss the issue.
